The Tokyo sweater is a ribbed oversized sweater with short sleeves and high slit on both sides. It is hand knitted with 100% un-dyed Faroese wool. The Faroese wool is high on lanolin and therefore fairly water resistant.

Inspiration:
The sweater is a warm wool sweater, but because it is oversize, has short sleeves and high slit, it is a very comfortable wear - in most kinds of weather. The sweater is named after the city in which it was designed, Tokyo. The busy big city life where you are in and out of the subway, asks for a knitwear that is loose and not too warm, but still keeps you warm. The wool breathes well, and as the Faroese wool has a high level of lanoline, it is near water resistant.  Which makes the sweater especially well suited as a outer wear. It has many versatile styling options.
